OUR APPROACHOur Founder
ADAM RENE
Born in East London, Adam founded AJR Talents in 2024. A fully qualified FIFA and FA football agent, he also holds UEFA B coaching badges and brings a deep background in youth coaching to his work with clients.
Alongside football, Adam built a highly successful commercial career in the hospitality industry, working with global brands including Carlsberg, Diageo, Pepsi, and Beats by Dre. This unique blend of sporting knowledge and commercial expertise is what separates him from his competitors.
